The apartments are strategically located within minutes of the Queens Park Savannah, which is the centre of all Carnival activities. The Queens Park Savannah is a 260 Acre Savannah where people go to jog, relax on the benches and patronize the Coconut venders whose stalls dot the circumference of the Savannah. 

The apartments are air-conditioned in the bedrooms upstairs while the downstairs area has ceiling fans. The Units are elegantly furnished to international standards. Each unit consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room. The bedrooms each comfortably sleep two adults.

The apartments are clean and very secure and are fully furnished and include linen, dinnerware, cutlery, microwave oven, kettle and toaster. It is also equipped with cable T.V service. Cell phones are available to guests (at a nominal cost).
